You will need to submit release forms for every person who works on and/or appears in each project.
Students over 18 at time of filming can sign their own release forms. Students under 18 at the time of filming must submit a release form signed by a parent/guardian.
You will submit release forms at time of entry submission on February 21st.

Technical Requirements
Plan to create HD or 4K .mp4 or .mov files encoded as high quality H.264.
Plan to create “clean” versions of every entry. A “clean” version is an export of the video with no music.
You will submit video files and release forms via an online portal.
