FACTS ABOUT THE STORY

Venue: The Truman, Kansas City, MO

The doors opened at 7pm. The show started at 8pm. It was a packed house. People started lining up outside around 6pm.

On your flash drive you’ll find footage shot behind the scenes of a concert in Kansas City, MO. The opening band is called Sucré. Pronounced “Sue-Cray”. The headlining band is called “Scary Pool Party”. More information is available about both bands via their websites.

Darren and Stacy King are one week into a tour that will end just before thanksgiving. They are traveling with their two daughters.

Darren is from Marshfield, Missouri. His family has come to see the show. Darren and Stacy now live in Nashville, TN. The tour manager’s name is Alan. He’s the guy who does the countdown and ushers her onto the stage.

At one point in the footage, Darren and Stacy walk down the street to Grinders Pizza to get some cheese pizzas for Darren’s family.

After the show, they will sleep on the bus and it will leave at 3AM for Minneapolis.

Sucré was formed in 2011.

Darren used to play drums for a band called MuteMath.

Stacy used to play with a band called Eisley.
