ASB 4-State Final Attendee Head Count

This form is due on or before October 6th at 11:59PM CST

We will use these numbers to generate an invoice. After you submit these final numbers, you will not be able to receive a refund for dropped students. We don’t need everyone’s names yet so you can swap students all you want until your contest selection on October 27th. You can add up to 5 students and pay for them on site, but you will not receive a refund for dropped students.
