Technical Difficulties

As you may know, we launched a brand new ASB website on Saturday. We've made a couple of major improvements. This process has taken several months and we were so excited to share all this hard work with you. So we created a new, back to school promo code for $10 off any order (BACK2SCHOOL) and started offering free shipping until August 19th.

So you can probably imagine how confused and disappointed we were to receive zero new Video Coach orders this week.

Or so we thought.

Turns out there was a technical glitch that made it impossible for us to receive emails once we launched the site on August 8th.

Turns out we received more orders this week than ever before and didn't realize it because we weren't receiving the order confirmations.

Oops.

Email is now up and running and we've processed all the orders. If you ordered Video Coach DVDs through the store with a debit or credit card, no further action is required on your part. Your DVDs are in the mail.

To anyone who ordered via Purchase Order submitted online, we did not receive those and you will need to re-submit those orders here.

Also, if you've sent emails to dave@scholasticbroadcasting.com, brandon@scholasticbroadcasting.com or sales@scholasticbroadcasting.com since August 8th and you haven't received a response, you may want to re-send those.

Again, thank you for making the ASB launch-week awesome. We hope you have a great school year!
